The Braeburn Valley I & II annual civic association maintenance fee for the calendar year is due January 31. To avoid late fees, please remit payment of $300 before the due date.

 

Late fees are capped at 25% per year of the total amount due based on the following schedule:

 

Late fee schedule:                    

$315 if paid after February 15

$330 if paid after March 15

$345 if paid after April 15

$360 if paid after May 15

$375 if paid after June 15

 

The fee, which pays for your trash service and lawn maintenance of our green belt along Braeburn Valley Drive, is mandatory under the Deed Restrictions of our neighborhood.
