Braeburn Valley Sections I & II is a deed-restricted community. The deed restrictions govern the use of the property and help our community stay a beautiful place to live. Annual Civic Association Fee
An annual maintenance fee of $350 is assessed to each homeowner in Braeburn Valley Sections I and II to mow and maintain the parkway along Braeburn Valley Drive and to have private back-door garbage pick-up in the subdivision.
A transfer fee applies when buying or selling a home in Braeburn Valley I & II. This fee covers the expense of providing any information requested and then changing/updating our records as needed. Types of information requested are voluntary dues paid or owed, property conditions, current violations, and/or general information about the Braeburn Valley Section I & II. These requests must be made in writing by either the owner of the property, the owner’s agent, the buyer, or the buyer’s agent. All submissions will receive a response within ten business days. A transfer occurs when the property is changing ownership. Payment is usually made at closing with the title company, which is then forwarded to the Braeburn Valley Civic Association & Garden Club.
