The Braeburn Valley Civic Association (I & II) is responsible for collecting dues for private backdoor trash pick-up and mowing of the esplanade along Braeburn Valley Drive. The Civic Association conducts four meetings per year that are held at Bayland Community Center. The efforts of the Civic Association also include enforcement of the Deed Restrictions to ensure we maintain a neighborhood that is safe, clean, and pleasant. 

As a neighborhood, we ask residents to ensure your:

• Yards are maintained in a timely fashion 

• Home repairs are made as soon as possible

• Cars are not parked on the lawn

• Swimming pools are maintained for mosquito control

• Pets are neutered or spayed and leashed while on walks

• Storage units, boats, or RVs are not visible from the street
